With great pleasure I’d like to introduce our release of the new version of our application for the hotel automation. In the new version we implemented some new features, like seasons, season rates and money calculation.
Now application automatically calculates total sum by using values entered by you. Users of our application can set seasons, rates based on seasons and also user able to select when the current season starts and ends so it will be easy to select what rate should be used for guest. You can choose between rates on the date of settlement or from the whole list of rates. Also it’s worth to mention that every rate is based on the room type. For example, for single rooms you can set one rate, for double and twin rooms you can set some another rate and so on. And don’t forget about seasons – in the different season one room can has different rate or a set of different rates. For the convenience of our clients we added flexibility into our application, so – for example, you can choose rate for single room from the different room type, like double, twin etc – just select it from drop down list. But if you want to have a list just for the current room type – no problem, just filter all rates with help of filter and you’ll have the list you needed. In this filter you can use filter by season and (or) by room type.
