One of the most requested features in software for hotel automation is rates in hotel. If you have rates in your program you (not you of course but program) can calculate final total sum for guest when he or she leaves the hotel. Also, hotel can have rates not just by room types but rates by room types AND by some long time period. Usually such period called season and it can lasts for a while - some weeks or months. We decided to support this feature and to implement not just rates but rates by season. So user can specify that rate equals N1 dollars in season one (e.g. "high" season) and then rate equals N2 dollars in season 2 (e.g. "low" season). It allows being very flexible in hotel's financial policy and allows you to earn more money on "high" season and/or provide discounts then "low" season becomes.
As for now we implemented just "Seasons in hotel" form and now we're working on "Rates by room type" form (both reside in Properties modal form). We decided to do not publish new features until all development process is not finished as seasons are nothing and totally useless without rates. We apologize for delay in development process.
